What is "Kulebaka"?

What is Kulebaka?

The Kulebaka mobile app for Android smartphones and tablets is an unusual social network where users can:

  • Communicate with each other using the messenger integrated into the application;
  • Post advertisements for the sale (rental) of goods, real estate, job searches and offers of services;
  • Create any collections (groups) consisting of any number of different objects, things, assets; and post advertisements for the sale (rental) of these collections (groups);
  • Use an internal, decentralized payment system to conduct economic activity within the application.

How does this work?

How it works?
  • To register, please provide your email address1, password and your unique name in the application (nickname)→ That's it! You've created your personal account in the app!
  • Create any number of cards of any items, real estate, services → and display these cards as ads in the app.
  • For each card, set your own value in the app's internal currency - Kir2 → get paid in Kir and transfer Kir to other users.
  • Combine your existing cards in any order → and post the entire resulting set (group) of combined cards as an advertisement at once.

1. Your email address is required to restore access to your account if you lose your password.

2. Upon registering in the app, each user receives their own built-in wallet with expanded functionality for storing Kir.

Differences from others

What is the difference?

I

  • Other apps offer the option of creating a listing for a single item, or a single listing will contain information about several items. However, an ad listing multiple items typically provides a summary description of the items and a photo (or photos) — nothing more.
  • The Kulebaka app offers a slightly different and more flexible approach to creating ads. Users can create both "classic" ads offered by other apps, as well as ads assembled from cards through connections. Each card is essentially a detailed description of a specific item. Cards can be linked in an infinite number of ways. This can result in a single, large ad consisting of linked cards; or the "link" between the cards itself can act as an ad. This approach deepens and greatly expands the concept of a "classic ad".

II

  • Other apps typically offer classic fiat currencies, which are essentially centralized third-party monetary instruments, as a means of making payments and executing transactions. This classic approach has both its well-known advantages and its equally well-known drawbacks.
  • The Kulebaka app offers its own decentralized payment system for payments and transactions, built similarly to decentralized cryptocurrency payment systems. This approach offers a number of advantages over traditional centralized payment systems.

About creator

My name is Kirill Tarkhanovskii. I am the creator and developer of the Kulebaka mobile app. I am a programmer. My professional interests include high-load systems, DevOps, blockchains and cryptocurrencies, payment systems, and mobile app development. In my daily work, I use Java, C/C++, PHP, C#, Cuda, and Go. My app is based on the idea of adapting the fundamental approaches inherent in many blockchains to everyday use and solving prosaic problems, while gaining the advantages that many blockchain systems have over comparable systems that do not incorporate blockchain technology. I also enjoy drawing women's clothing with colored pencils. You can view my work on my personal website. For any questions about my Kulebaka app, please email me at info@kulebaka.com
